Different wooden patterns are used for each product. Same size does not mean same width or length.
Each product has unique functions, so please pay attention to the description about usage and levels.
All of the heels and wooden patterns of our products are created and modified for dance usage. You are very safe to dance in them.

About Merchandise Delivery

Your purchase will be delivered within 7 days.＊In case there is no stock, it will take longer.
It takes about a month to make custom-made shoes. Thank you for your understanding and patience in advance.

About Payment

You will be charged the additional shipping and commodity price.＊Commodity price and postage, please refer to the price list.
In principle, we use COD. Please pay in cash when your purchase is delivered.＊If you order more than ¥ 10,000, cash-on-delivery fee I will have service.
The paper that you receive from a delivery company will be the official receipt. ＊We don’t issue receipt for COD purchase.

About Returned goods and Exchange

If any of the following condition is applicable, we cannot accept good returns or exchange.
1. More than 10 days have passed.
2. All custom-made production and any products that are done secondary processing such as dyeing satin shoes and width adjustments
3. Any damaged or destroyed goods ＊please be cautious not to damage the sole/heel when you try the shoes on. (In regards to )
For returning goods and exchanges, you will be covering all the postage and reshipping charges. ＊When returns and exchanges occurs due to our faulty, we will cover the return and reshipping charges.

Others

It is important to first look at shoe size, but please check the center balance of the heel. Not only unbalanced shoes cause problem dancing but also become the cause of knee and back injuries.
We cannot accept any returns or exchanges once you wear them. The sole of dance shoes are very soft; thus, shoes remember your feet and it is difficult to judge whether they are defective or not.
Sometimes dye comes off from real leather and dyed satin shoes due to sweat.
